When you purchase 1/2 a beef you will receive a front and a hind quarter. For 1/2 of a beef we suggest a 11 cubic feet chest freezer, you will will retain approximately 200 pounds of meat! Below is approximately what you will receive with a 1/2 beef order (based on basic cut package):
